Take It To Heart

A daily soft drink does no favours for men’s hearts. Chugging down just 400ml of soft drink a day (that’s barely more than a standard 375ml can) puts men at a higher risk of heart failure.
And before you switch to a diet version, the study included artificially-sweetened fizzy drinks, too!
